Development for the 99-lot subdivision, Hampton Woods, began in March 2022, and Capital Land Partners has completed the first 35 lots of Phase 1. The community sits at the back of the existing Stafford neighborhood in Charlotte, NC, and will consist of single-family homes expected to be in the $400s.
The current access roads are Gatesmills Ave and David Jennings Ave within Stafford, and the main entrance will be off Rocky River Rd – allowing for quick access to I-485. This location provides an easy commute to Charlotte and surrounding areas, such as the University Area, Concord, and Harrisburg. Hampton Woods is also nearby Brookdale shopping center, as well as future commercial at the Farmington mixed-use development.
