Harrisburg Village was a fee development, project with builder Eastwood Homes. At its completion, Harrisburg Village will total four phases and comprise of 197 townhomes and 51 single-family homes. Residents of the neighborhood will enjoy extensive walking trails, a community dog park, a playground and picnic area, and a pool and cabana. The property’s location, behind Harrisburg Town Center, offers convenient access to several shopping centers with options including Publix, Food Lion, and Chick-fil-a. Eastwood has completed all single-family homes and continues to build townhomes in the remaining two phases.
