As Eastwood Homes continues construction on the first phase of Harrisburg Village, the development is also seeing new progress on several of the neighborhood’s amenities. While already open to residents, the community dog park will add its final element, a dog fountain and wash station, this month. Fresh landscaping and bright bermuda sod line the park, and an existing wooded area provides a natural atmosphere and attractive setting for both residents and their dogs.
Capital Land Partners has also been diligently working to complete the greenway and paved, ten-foot-wide private walking trails that span across the entirety of the community. Some improvements are planned to finish up the paved private trails, but at this time they are ready for the enjoyment of walkers, joggers, and bikers.
Plans for the highly anticipated pool and cabana have been finalized, and Capital Land Partners looks forward to building this project in the coming months. A playground and picnic area will accompany the pool, and this amenity will serve as a central point in the community where residents can gather and spend time with friends and family.
