Stevens Grove, a new neighborhood in Matthews, has announced it custom builder team. Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Kearns & Company and Westwood Homes, will build homes in the new community developed by Faison Enterprises, Inc. and Capital Land Partners, LLC.
“We are excited to have Kearns, Rutenberg and Westwood as our builders and the quality of design and construction that they will bring to Stevens Grove,” said Chris Boone, president of Capital Land Partners. “Each of these builders has a strong reputation in the community and this was important to us,” added Boone.
Development is underway on the first phase of 12 homesites. When complete the community will total 49 homes built on homesites ranging from over one third to more than an acre in size. Rutenberg, Kearns and Westwood are expected to start construction of their first homes in early 2016, completing these homes by summer. Home prices should start in the $800,000s according to Boone.
The Stevens Grove site tucked off Reverdy Lane was formerly home to one estate residence and the historic Brigman cabin recently moved to McEwen Historic Village. Surrounded by hardwood trees and a scenic pond at the back of the property, Stevens Grove is located less than a mile from numerous high quality schools and attractive amenities.
