Capital Land Partners Starts Work at Stevens Grove in Matthews

Capital Land Partners has started land improvements for Stevens Grove, a custom home community in Matthews near Providence High School. Stevens Grove is being developed in conjunction with Faison Associates, and land improvement work is being done by Showalter Construction.

Builders will be announced later this fall, and home construction is expected to start soon thereafter at the site located off Reverdy Lane.  The site is bordered by a canopy of hardwoods, providing shade and privacy to the homesites that range slightly more than 1/3 acre to over a 1/2 acre in size in the project’s first phase.

Prior to its acquisition by Capital Land Partners and Faison, the property was home to one large estate residence that included a pool and tennis courts. A historic log cabin built in the 1800s had also been moved to the site. This cabin has been donated to the Mint Historical Society and is being moved to McEwen Village.
